Shipping and Return Policy:

What are your shipping options?

All US orders ship free via USPS First Class. If you would like to request an alternate method of shipment or place an international order, please contact us at liliaseyecandy@gmail.com and we’ll see what we can work out.

What is your return policy?

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if it is damaged or you are unsatisfied.  We will work with you to either replace your item or refund your purchase.  The cost of the item will be credited (and tax if applicable) to your original form of payment within 3-5 days of receiving, but neither the original shipping fee nor the return shipping fee will be reimbursed.
