Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only eligible for manufacturer defects in the products. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition with their original tags and packaging.

The buyer is responsible for providing proof of defects by emailing us at liliaseyecandy@gmail.com with the following information:

1. A list of defective items and their quantities

2. Photos clearly showing the defect

3. Indicate whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund

Once we receive this information, we will process your exchange or initiate a refund within 10 business days. Upon approval, we will provide pre-paid shipping labels for the exchange or return.
